Sonny and I want to wish you and Paula (and all) a Merry Christmas and an awesome happy and healthy 2014! I cannot think of one negative experience I've had at Green Acres in the three years Sonny has been part of the Day Care/ Boarding family. You have excellent prices on services as well as quality food,accessories,toys and more. I buy all of Sonny's food treats and toys there because you have my trust that all is safe, healthy and nutritious. (This is not a paid advertisement. lol). I brought my 9 year old golden in on Saturday to have her groomed for the first time. As she is getting older it is hard to keep up with it. I have to tell you that the staff was so friendly to deal with. When I picked up Maggie I could not believe how good af a job you did on her. I would like to thank you and your staff for a great experience . I will be back thank you.  MN

Just wanted to say thank you for taking such good care of our dog last week. We agonized over where the best place would be to board our "baby" when we had to go away and Green Acres was highly recommended from a friend. Staff was very professional, our dog got a good report card, and he had a happy stay which was probably harder for us than it was for him. Scrappy is my best friend and I only want the very best for her, and it feels good to trust her in your care. Your entire staff has been wonderful, and it is easy to see how much they care about Scrappy too. And I must say, the training classes we have attended (we will be finishing up Level 2 next week) have given us an even stronger bond - and I didn't think that was possible! As most of you know, customer service in our world seems to have fallen by the wayside.How many times has your pet supply store called to let you know of a recall and have suggestions as to what to buy to keep your pups safe and healthy? Paula called me this morning and did just that. Amazing and caring CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is the reason I shop local when I can. Thank you Paula, great CUSTOMER SERVICE! See you later this week. :)

I encourage everyone to take advantage of this class. We were first time puppy parents and signed up for this class four years ago with our goldendoodle Jesse. Is he perfect? No. Does everyone that meets him want one just like him? YES!! Thank you to Green Acres and trainers!

Champ and I thoroughly enjoyed Puppy Headstart. It was very helpful to me to be bale to ask any questions at any time. All of my questions and concerns were answered and I am a much more confident puppy owner. I just really want to thank you very much. My family and our dog Gibbs came in 10 mins to close ON 11/1/12 and you were very helpful. We didn't leave till 10 mins past and we were not rushed even though we were in a hurry when we got there. You made us feel right at home. After we cashed out we went to the car to tried and put the new harness on. Your employee came out to help and i just cant say how grateful for that, this being our first dog. “The classes [Puppy Headstart] were great. I like that things were explained very well during playtime actions. Pups are kept safe while playing – trainers and assistant really paid attention. I like that the assistant is there to help keep pups happy during non-play times so we can really listen and learn about the topics. Plenty of time for questions. "We recently boarded our dog for the first time with you (or any other kennel). I loved how the staff talked to and interacted with her. It made us feel as though we were leaving her with friends as opposed to "strangers." Also, I loved the stay "Report Card" she got. Paula was so welcoming to us and was extremely good working with Jaxson and made him feel so comfortable. He has a hard time sometimes with strangers and she handled him exactly as he needed to be handled to make for a great first groom experience. Thank You!

We called and visited several kennels before choosing Green Acres. After seeing what other kennels offered for cat boarding it was an easy choice for us. Your facility is incredibly clean and odor free. Your cat playroom is also great and the fact that the cats cannot hear dogs barking was a big selling point for us. Not only do you have a wonderful facility, your staff is so friendly and helpful and seem to genuinely love animals! We were thrilled with our kitties first visit with you and they will definitely come again. Thank You. - LO
