VIP and VIP Plus Discounts

Green Acres Kennel Shop offers a VIP and VIP Plus Client Loyalty program based on a client's pet food and supply purchases in our store. Eligibility for participation in the program is evaluated every spring. Benefits to VIP and VIP Plus clients are noted below.

A current email on file with Green Acres is required for participating in our VIP programs. Client spending is evaluated annually every spring. For example, clients who average $50/month in retail sales at Green Acres between June 1, 2022, and May 31, 2023, may be considered for 2023 VIP status. In addition, clients who average $100/month or more in purchases may be eligible for 2023 VIP Plus status. Green Acres Kennel Shop may change the VIP and VIP Plus programs at their discretion.

Senior, Veteran, and Active Duty Military Discounts

Green Acres offers a 5% discount on boarding, daycare, and grooming services to seniors (65 or older), veterans, and active-duty military personnel. Simply ask us to tag you in our database to receive this discount.

In addition, if you join our Retail Loyalty Program, you will also earn points on retail purchases. Green Acres Kennel Shop may change these discount programs at their discretion.

Green Acres Retail Loyalty Program

Any client is eligible to join our retail loyalty program when making a purchase in the store. Upon enrolling in the program, you will earn 100 points. You will receive one point for each $1 you spend on pet food or pet supplies from that point forward. A valid email address for our POS system is required to participate in the Retail Loyalty program.

You may redeem or save your Retail Loyalty points to get to the next level: You decide! You will receive a special birthday reward via email if you permit us to enter your birthday in our point-of-sale system.

Services; boarding, daycare, grooming, and training do not earn Retail Loyalty Points. Additionally, loyalty points may not be redeemed for cash. Green Acres Kennel Shop may change the Retail Loyalty program at their discretion.
