If our pets could read the list of ingredients in these gourmet foods, it would make their mouths water! Unlike low-end canned pet foods, the content look and smell very appealing. Three of the canned formulas; Turducken™, "Grammy's Pot Pie™," and Thanksgiving Day Dinner™ were selected as Best Pet Food of the Year for 2006 by The Glycemic Research Institute in Washington, D.C., which may make them appropriate choices for diabetic pets (ask your veterinarian). Merrick offers fifteen canned dog formulas, nine canned cat formulas, and six dry dog formulas. The canned dog foods come in 5.5oz and 13.2 oz cans, the canned cat food in 3.2oz and 5.5oz cans, and the dry food in 5, 15, and 30 pound bags. Green Acres will be stocking most of these varieties and will frequently rotate our selection of the various flavors. We suggest you rotate what you feed your pet as well.

Merrick offers a full line of holistic canned food for both dogs and cats and holistic dry food for dogs. Dry formulas for cats are currently under development. All of the formulas are suitable for pets of all life stages and are made from human-grade ingredients.
